With the ELEMENT, Messer Cutting Systems presents its modularly configurable flame cutting machine – equipped with oxyfuel, plasma, marking, and drilling technology. Whether bevel cuts with the Bevel-S unit, precise drilling, or oxy-fuel cutting with hydrogen – the ELEMENT is a smart, complete solution for metal processing.
The machine platform impresses with a powerful modular system that can be individually adapted to a wide variety of sheet metal processing applications.
Precision and efficiency down to the last detail
Another milestone is the newly developed drilling system for the ELEMENT series. This expansion allows drilling and threading directly on the machine in a seamless process – without any reclamping or manual rework. Thanks to an intelligent control concept, precise holes are drilled in diameter and depth – perfectly suited for downstream production steps. The low-vibration design protects sensitive machine components and noticeably extends their service life. The automated tool changer ensures easy operation and significantly reduces setup times. At the same time, work safety is increased because manual intervention is minimized.
With HyCut, Messer Cutting Systems presents a pioneering solution for oxy-fuel cutting, heating, and straightening with hydrogen. As a climate-friendly alternative to conventional fuel gas technology, HyCut combines several advantages: reduced CO₂ emissions, minimized pollutant levels in the workplace, and high cutting quality with economical process control.

Laser technology at its best: Particular attention is paid to the Bevel-U bevel cutting head. This powerful unit enables the production of precise bevel cuts at continuously adjustable angles and with the tightest tolerances – even with thick material. Perfect for preparing the workpiece for the most demanding welding tasks. In combination with Laser Nozzle Control (LNC), fully automatic nozzle management is achieved, allowing for minimal operator intervention and ensuring maximum efficiency with consistently excellent results.
