Stefan Messer visits Flame Tech in Austin

Stefan Messer, shareholder and chairman of Messer SE & Co. KGaA, visited Flame Technologies, the newly acquired US-American company providing innovative and high-quality products for Oxyfuel welding, cutting and heating, at its headquarters in Austin.

“Flame Technologies was very proud to welcome Stefan Messer to its facilities in Texas. Our team was excited to have the owner of the Messer Group visit the newest member of the Messer family. For us, it was a sign of appreciation to have Mr. Messer take the time to come to our location, get to know us and tour the manufacturing, warehouse and offices.

He delivered an informative presentation on the history and current position of the Messer Group, which all employees could relate to due to our similar company foundations. Because, as Mr. Messer stated, the Messer company started in the welding and cutting industries by offering gas equipment, much like Flame Tech.

His visit is an exciting start and an important milestone in our time as a part of the Messer family!”
